Telkom Service and theft

<p>Purchased a Freeme Data bundle, tried to load it and would not work So called the help line and a man answered and did the work to upload it.. My phone did not give me sms verification... So I called back only to be informed that my voucher had been loaded onto some other person's phone .. and now would take 3 days to sort out... I complained and Moses called me from ********** 979 saying they will refund my airtime I am still waiting 3 days later... With no contact from Telkom.... no data bundle So now after having my money ****** from me... If I had a landline I would have ripped it off the wall and thrown it out. Noew in process of changing 4 phones anu internet away from Telkom! Your company stinks! </p>
