Telkom service and Telkom Insurance nothing but *******.Waithing months to get your Telkom Insurance claim resolved

I sent an insurance claim to Telkom on 26-03-2025 and and today it is 10-04-2025 and they keep sending me from pillar to post.My account is up to date .It shows a rejection payment but it is up to date and the insurance says they they cannot process it without an invoice that does not show a rejection.I called Telkom and they say they only print invoice statements on the 1st of every month.So. Ow I have to wait 2 months to get a phone claim resolved.I will never use Telkom and neither recommend i***** nothing but *******.They know how to make you join a phone insurance but when it's time to deliver on their promise they make you run in circles.
