Please, I need someone to assist me with my account from Telkom. My credit score is dropping every month. I don't know who to talk to at blake and associates anymore. I have sent through so many emails with no assistance, and no one seems to care. My credit score has one default account on, and it's Telkom. I've canceled. It in January 2020 In my history with you in January 2020, I received a ref number with confirmation. A few months late, ryou took money from my bank account. I was told it's insurance money then. I send a cancellation to finite insurance. It's like finite does not exist. No one can help me. I need this sorted. I need to buy a car, with this sitting on my credit record I can't . telkom is dragging my name through the mud. I need assistance. I am capable to pay R741, but I am not going to because someone didn't cancel my account even though I was kind to send cancellation letters to both companies. Why can't anyone help me I me for F***x sakes... Life is hard enough to deal with this. Unacceptable service from all ends. I cannot go through this anymore. Enough is enough. ..... I need this sorted. Very very upset telkom will never see me again .
