Telkom service and network sucks!!!

Telkom is so pathetic! We almost never have network coverage yet the bill is more than usual each and every month. I asked them to change my bank account details but still they tried to deduct from my old bank account which I don't use anymore. I have to make an eft payment every month because they fail to deduct from the right bank account. Now they are charging me R202 because the debit order failed. Apparently they can't change a debit order on their side or cancel a debit order on their side.
