telkom service and mobile network pathetic

on 7th July 2018 I ported my number to Telkom from cell c, cause they had some nice offer, since than im having endless issue with Telkom regarding network, I cant even dial out my phone says call failed even thou I app**** contract with Telkom before I took the contract lucky I cancelled it. and decided moving back to cell c since Telkom network is pathetic.

I called and open case by Telkom customer care they said its revolved so I went to cell c they requested port again but was rejected from Telkom after month later Telkom telling me that I have to stay with there **** for three month and cant move out of there network even thou there network is pathetic and making me loose my business.

I ask many time to speak to some one senior they always busy will call back but they never call back, when I insist that I will hold they put me on hold little while and than they cut the call.

never buy Telkom ever.
