TELKOM SERVICE AND BILLING IS A JOKE

I have been billed approximately R400 extra per month - attributed to "once off" costs. I have been receiving these bills for about 5 months now. I call every month and every month I get the same answer from Telkom - "it is for subscriptions but all the subscriptions have been cancelled" And the best part is that I have never subscribed to anything. I can't get anyone to correct and credit my account. Service is ridiculous.
