Telkom service and assistance is non-existing and totally ***********

<p>i am trying for 3 months now to cancel a contract for a home modem and data which was **********ly sold to me over the phone. I really don't know what to do anymore as all my calls and emails are not being attended to. useless call centre agents always "escalate" and nothing happens. If a business in Europe would be run like that it would be closed for good.</p> <p>It is impossible to speak to a person who can actually do something about my issue. I would like to warn everyone NOT to deal with T-Connect, Mobile Talk or Telkom. totally ***********!!!!</p>
