Telkom service and admin plus for insurance

Very bad experience I'm having with Telkom and admin plus for my insurance... It is funny how u can take out an insurance at the shop but when u need to claim you are being sent from pillar to post and the attitude of this consultants is very bad Anele from Ghandi square branch after paying out insurance for 4 yrs then u can no assistance for phone replacement. When my contract finished I asked for insurance to be cancelled, but you now have to cancel yoyrself when they opened it for u. She asked that I go do another affidavid as this one had no adequate details but everything is there
