I have been charged from Telkom and the bank for a debit order that bounced back. But the funds were available. This matter occurred in May. And my Telkom account is being billed for end of July. I think it's unfair for me to pay charges, as the bank reversed their charge. But Telkom feels the need to charge me 2 months later. As the account is not I. Areas.
