Telkom service a mess

Telkom does not take customers seriously and they take their business for granted. I app**** for cellphone contract, never collected devices and the following day I cancelled the contract and after 2 months I was billed R1350.00. For two years they could not clear the debt on my name despite numerous attempts to resolve it. Was also taken to credit bureau and was listed twice. No one was willing to assist me and dealing with their call Centre agents is a waste of time since they don’t have access to deal with the systemic issues and they have a tendency to ask you to hold and never come back.
