Telkom Service

This is the worst telephone service ever. I have been battling with our phone lines at work for the last 9 months. I log a fault at least once every 2nd week. Then the technician comes and supposedly repairs the fault after a day or two the fault persists. I have asked whether it is *********** technicians, lazy technicians or just bad infrastructure. The only answer the agent could give me is: "I don't know mam." Then advised that I write down the technicians name that was here every time. I mean it seems as if they don't really care about their clients or the quality of service they provide to them.
