Telkom service

The service offered by Telkom BT Ngebs in Mthatha has to be the most appalling thing next to MTN in the same mall. They haven't had network to render services since last week thursday or so. This means they cannot do anything for the people of Mthatha. When you ask the employees there about when they expect to be up and running they are as clueless as you as the customer. Is this the kind of service Telkom offers in general or is it because they have no regard for this small town. Xa sifuna better services where are we suppose to go EL perhaps. What about the rest of the poor people who do not have the luxury of going to EL? Sicela ukwazi as the people of Mthatha senze njani kengok xa sifuna iservice kwaTelkom? If a network provider can be without network for so long kube ngungekho nomntu who cares about that, sithini eMthatha? Okanye abantu bakuthi don't deserve any better?
