Telkom **** service

<p>Hi, i have a coctract with Telkom and my acc has been suspended. I made payment last month on the 24th till today my accoint is still suspended. I hqve called more then 10 times teying to get help from telkom agents and iv been transferd to speak to 3 case managers but still no help. Telkom agent gave me incorrect refrence to use when paying my account. So i paid someone elses account. Iv been told to wait patienlty the back office is attending to my cases. What fustrates me is no one cares to gove me a fast resolution. If i was rich i wld have cancelled my contract and went with vodacom because of the **** ass service im recieving. Its now a month later mu services are still not active </p>
