TELKOM SERVICE

Good Day. Regarding my telkom cellphone services. I have had a problem with my salary coming in on the day of the debit it was 15 days late so my services were cut of. As soon as i did get my salary i did a payment to Telkom absa bank to absa bank so immediate payment. I was told that my phone will be unlocked within 48 hours. Proof of payment was sent, it is gone 6 days now and i have had no help. I was told that due to the public holiday it will take longer. I was told that it would be back in service today Monday the 25/03/2024 but no luck. I have called in and now the person says the payment has not reflected and i have to wait another 48 hours. In terms of emergency this network is pathetic with service, signal and in store attitude.
