Telkom **** service

Don't know if someone can help me I bought a data bundle on sunday money is out of my account still waiting for my data went to telkom stores showed them bank statements and a letter from the bank that the money is out store said phone call centre and I've sent proof again still waiting so guys telkom is *****ing people's money watch out their service is ****ing useless and just not worth it to go to Telkom
