****ed up service.. Spoke to Thabiso call centre agent who dropped the phone in my ear, as he could not answer the deficult questions I was asking.. Very Rude!!! Stil now waiting for the incompetence of the case/refund /credit department to call me.. Regarding the money they need to credit me.. ****ed off completely!
