Telkom service

Good day, I have a serious issue with telkom. I posted a complaint, and after numerous request for them to contact me, they rather chatt on messenger. For the past 3 months they have been debiting me R350 for my telkom data contact. Raised it with them to please contact as I have proof of payments, where by my monthly installment is R149. ..After so much chatting back and forth, asking them to have one of they contact agents to contact me, they rather chat. Then I receive my bill yesterday and against old adds now I'm owing R700! ! Please assist in this matter as I'm extremely frustrated, when all I wanted from them was a call from one of they agents so I can get an email address to forward my bank statement as proof! !
