Telkom service

I am so irritated with telkom, on the 28 March money was deducted from my account for the deal of the month telkon had. I called the sales department they told me that they are out of stock but soon they get another stock. i called again 6 April, they told me that the devices will be delivered soon. I even communicated with FB chat they told me that they can't see my order on their system. Please will someone from sales department contact me urgently. If I am not getting a device that I have ordered, can I get my refund.<br> <br> I have spend a lot of rands trying to contact your sales department and I can't get a reasonable response.
