Telkom service

I have an ADSL line. It is more out of order than what is works. Now for two weeks I've been waiting for Telkom to sort out my Telkom internet. I get 3 phone calls a day from them asking if the problem is solved. But that is were it stops. Phone calls and sms's. They don't fix the problem. Their service is so bad that you can't call it service. I will not recommended anyone to use Telkom at all. Worse experience ever.
