telkom service

i have an adsl contract with telkom for the past years already. every month, for the last year i had technical problems with the line. then a technician comes out , looks at it and tells me that telkom should have never installed the line because of the faulty cables at the server in my area. each time i have to log a complaint and wait for about two-four weeks ( sometimes longer) for a technician to come out. i have asked for a different package like LTE or Fibre but to no avail. this makes it very difficult for me as i work from home and cannot be without wifi for a day. telkom is the worst service provider ever and i wouldn't advise anyone to purchase anything from them.
