Telkom service??????

Telkom LTE service. Interment "No access to the internet" messages on all my devices. Last night access was non-existent. This morning "OK". Now very poor again. Spent near 1,5 hrs on phone to 180. They know nothing about thr wife spread user problems an cannot_ will not the wide spread problems I have no option but to change service providers.
