Telkom service
I have placed an order on 07/01/2019 for Telkom's Big January deal for R807. I have not received any order or reference number. I have called numerous times and all I am told is that it is with the technical guys for installment. To date zero call from the Tech (OpenServe) guys. It has been 30 business days since my application. (apparently this is normal?)

25 Feb 2019, 14:34Called TELKOM again today......get this.....The person who took my initial application on 7th of January 2019 has not submitted my application. This person also no longer works at TELKOM. (hopefully fired). Now it is going to take another 7-14 business days to process, thereafter another 21-40 business days to install......***? This means Telkom's tunraround time on this deal will be plus/minus 4 months.
