Telkom Service

Tried to contact them in connection with my telkom Wifi account and no response went to the springs mall telkom shop and they sent a request for them to phone me 3 weeks ago and still waiting and if u try calling them you stay on hold for more than 30 minutes and still no help and then you lodge a complaint on the mobile app and still no response, they are quick enough to sell you contracts but when it come's to their service its non-existent.

Hopefully after this it get sorted.!!!!!!!
