Telkom service
I am so shocked by the lack of help from Telkom. I cancelled my Telkom account over a year ago and was in credit for R1400. For some reason I was handed over to a company called MBD who have been calling and messaging CONSTANTLY. I contacted Telkom and a lady called Charmaine sent me a letter saying I owe nothing and they have let all the companies know as well .... but still the calls and messages come. Absolutely shocking service.
