TELKOM SERVICE

This new Telkom phone that they are promoting. They do not tell you that calls to local numbers that are not serviced by Telkom are not part of your minutes and you have to pay extra. When going in to the branch at Menlyn the staff were by no means helpful. Has anyone had similar problems with the new Telkom arrangements? For us it was a nightmare. Considering cancelling it intirely and just using the cell phone.
