Telkom service

<p>I would like to warn people that is thinking of doing business with telkom, esspecially individuals.</p> <p>Telkom does not care about you as an individual client, you do not matter to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying for months now to sever ties with telkom, but to no avail. they say that if you wish to no downgrade then a consultant will contact you within 20 working days.......guess what..it has been over 100 days now and no one has contacted me yet. but meanwhile we as client just need to go on to pay them!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Totally unacceptable. I am trying to get with another ISP, but telkom is the holdup for not releasing my adsl line.</p> <p> </p> <p>What can I do now?</p>
