Telkom server to Telkom server Ping in same area

As the headline states I am using [URL Removed] from a Telkom line to a Telkom server and my pings are bad. These are international pings to a server essentially down the road. I do not see the point in paying Telkom for a service that feels like it is being DDoSS'd the whole time. <br> <br> Here is a screenshot of the said speedtest to a Telkom server on a Telkom ADSL Line and you can see for yourself how bad your services are.
