TELKOM SERVER DOWN AS USUAL

Telkom is our internet service provider and their email server is down.... again. We are a business and struggle with service from them. When you phone the call center they cant assist you, that is if they don't put the phone down in your ear. The call center agents is unable to give any information which is frustrating to say the least. There is also no way to speak to a senior person or to their technical team. We have stopped using Telkom as our internet provider due to poor internet connections and the horrible service but is unable to change the email domain. Customers are expected to wait until the problem is resolved and no one at Telkom can assist in giving an estimated waiting period. For example we have not been able to receive emails on our Telkomsa.net emails since Friday 17/05/2019! To top it all off they are unsympathetic to the fact that customers are loosing business as a direct result of their incompetency!!!!! I would never recommend Telkom or any product of Telkom as I know what type of service you receive. I am frustrated and can not conduct my business like this!!!! DO NOT USE TELKOM
