Telkom sents SMS to loyal customers to buy free me 500mb. For only R59. But what thy fail to mention is that its only valid for 7 days.

<p>In the beginning of March my wife got a SMS from Telkom saying that her free calls to Telkom expired but because she is such a loyal customer she can get a 500mb free me for only R59. But what they failed to mention its only valid for 7 days. After hundreds of cals and emails to get this ******* canceled, Telkom still trie to deduct the money. My wife had to cansel the extra money on her account to stop Telkom from taking the money for that ****. My wife cannot load money on her phone because Telkom takes it. When We phone the call sentre they have no idea what we are talking about. When we sent messages on messenger Telkom just say sorry for the inconvenients we will came back with feedback and that is where it stays. I saw bad service in my life, but Telkom is the worse. Don't talk about word class service if you are useless.</p>
