Telkom sends Sean on Vacation

Initially MbusoTelkom (The consultant from Canal Walk) said that if I don't get a response after two days I should let him know so that he could email headoffice.

"Let's leave a papertrail" he says.

Well ensure that we cover ourselves.

When I did tell respond to him he asked me to send through another nank statement.

Apparently the three times that I provided my bank statement to the store was not enough.

Did you delete the emails?

where's your papertrail Mbuso?

where's the three bank statements that I produced in store Mbuso?

I've now received two private responses from Telkom.

I've now received two private responses on hellopeter.

Both stating that the problem will be resolved.

Launa assured me that she had escalated my problem. She even gave me a call and an email. After which she apparently lost her email password and couldn't respond any longer.

Busi (I realised) sent the normal generic response.

here's your reference number

sorry for the inconvenience

blah blah blah

no call

no update

all of this information has been escalated to Sean

(as stated by the customer care consultant who checked on their system)

I've consistently expressed the fact that this error of my bank account details (on Telkom side) is messing with my credit record, which is preventing me from being able to study.

Telkom.

don't you want the future of this country to ups**** themselves?

or do you not care because your people are sorted?...

So Sean...

Sean, Sean, Sean.

after this 36 days of waiting you Telkom to correct their own error (not yet taking responsibility for the mistake or offering a sincere apology and explanation) you are sitting with my details.

You have the power to correct this issue.

The information has been sent to you twice over.

WHY ARE YOU NOT DOING ANYTHING???

What you don't understand is that your negligence is a very bad reflection on the company.

What Telkom doesn't understand is this your HR department now looks as though they are unable to ensure the people that they hire is competent in doing their job.

Telkom, you are a multinational company.

IT'S YOUR JOB TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO MANAGE THE LARGE VOLUMES OF QUERIES, ENQUIRIES, BILING ISSUES, ANALYSING WHO OS ACTUALLY IN ARREAS AND WHO IS NOT.

Nobody should ever join Telkom.

The volume of unhappy clients far outweigh the happy ones.

I want reparations.

I want it now.

I'm tired of talking to people who have no pull. It's time to see the regional manager.
