Telkom sending out **** links in SMSes for Escalations.

I reported to Telkom via the 10210 number that I am getting intermittent ping spikes of around 800 ping to South African websites such as Telkom's main site Telkom.co.za I showed them command prompt pings, trace routes. We have done tests while no one was on the line except the testing computer on a wired connection. We have swapped routers to rule out router problem. We have swapped computers. The line from the telephone pole to the residence has been replaced and Telkom denies that there is any congestion on the line. We have run the same tests on ISP test accounts such as the openserve guest account and openserve private test accounts with the same ping issue. When we rule that the problem is not resolved they send us a link to escalate the issue but the link is a stale link meaning it is ****. This is the exact message written in the SMS with links being omitted since hellopeter removes links. "Dear Customer your report reference ********** 3 was restored. If the problem still exists please contact Telkom on 10210 for Residential or 10217 for Business Services. Alternatively use http://residential.telkom.co.za/emailcontact-residential/escalationform.htm for Residential or http://business.telkom.co.za/emailcontact-business/escalationform.htm for Business. Please do not reply to this SMS. Telkom"

The links reply with: "The request did not specify a valid virtual host."

How can a problem get solved if the people handling the problem wants to deny it for some benefit to themselves?

Also too, when you log a fault you agree to the terms of service that you tick. Telkom's link to their ToS is also false meaning you agreed to no terms of service.
