Telkom sending me summons messages.

Request to cancel telephone line was e-mailed to Telkom on 29.9.2015. In Feb 2018 it still wasn't cancelled. Someone working at Telkom helped us and she sent another request letter to cancel - Ref AI ********** . Afterwards she notified us that the account was cancelled and she also confirmed that she can see for a long period of time the phone wasn't used, because we removed the phone as this was a business phone and was scared that workers will use it. We also received a sms confirmation that the account was cancelled from request date 29.9.2015 and the account will be amended accordingly - Ref ********** 34. In July 2018 we received notification that we have been handed over. I did contact the people and notified them of the above, never heard from them or Telkom again. On 15.10.2018 we received another sms notify that now we owe Telkom R1068.12 and they are going to summons me if I don't pay immediately. According to me Telkom owes me money for all the months rent we had to pay. I did send e-mails on 15.3.2018 and 15.5.2018 to address: ********** but up until today nothing. The e-mails did go through. Can you please help to sort this out, because I am fed up with this type of incompetency. This is the telephone number of the above mentioned line ********** 776.
