Telkom sending me from pillar to post.

I was deceived at Telkom and now they are dodging me hoping that I will drop this and it is not going to happen unfortunately. On the 27th of July I opted for a migration and now I'm being told that my contract will start from the 1st of August which means they are extending it for an extra 2years without my approval. I was told that Migration and Upgrading are two different things, I've been calling them from the beginning of August and they are dodging me. At some stage I was told that the Manager has to listen to the call to check out my story if I'm telling the truth. I've been waiting for 3weeks for the "Manager" to call me. Unfortunately I cannot extend another two years with Telkom because I'm so fed up with this Service Provider and their incompetence. My Contract is ending end of March 2022 and that is what is going to happen, they can take away their Data that they have toped up I don't care. I will gladly keep my previous data. I want out of this stupid migration since I was not informed about the extension of my contract. TELKOM STOP IGNORING ME I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS GO YOU HAVE TO SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!!!!.
