Telkom sells tampered computers

I bought an Acer computer through Telkom on a contract of 24 months. When i got the computer, the lady said that my guarantee lasts for the 24 months. Nevertheless, it is now 18 months and the computer packed up. Took it to Telkom and they say that its not their problem. I took it to an IT specialist to get it fixed and he told me that the Hard drive had been tampered with and that it had been replaced with an inferior hard drive than the computer indicates. There were even *****s missing. I now have to buy a new hard drive.<br> Probably nothing will ever come of anything with this complaint, but if I can stop anyone dealing with telkom, i will be happy. They are ***********,unprofessional, useless and have no concern for their clients
