Telkom sells products that they cannot support

I have a Telkom summer special package, all problems that I have raised ,consultants have created disputes.No feedback from Telkom. The package I was sold is not what i am getting, The people at the telkom store cannot give me answers, when i show them mails and links of that package they just say, not sure why that mail has been sent to you.I keep getting the term \mixed package"however both telkom and telkom mobile cannot assist saying to call the other provider. Calling the call center on 10210 is worse"
