Telkom sells customer lies

I ordered a Samsung A8(on 24 months contract) online during Black Friday(23 November 2018). I was called by Telkom about 2 days later and my order was approved. Telkom even debited my bank account as part of the approval a full monthly charge. I got a confirmation SMS that my order is approved and being processed by a courier company on Saturday 01 December. The SMS indicated my delivery will arrive in 3-5 working days.

Three days later on 04 December, I got a call from a Telkom consultant and I'm told they don't have stock and want to sell me a different phone(a Samsung A6) under the same terms as agreed on the ordered A8. What nonsense and incompetence is this? Why would Telkom debit my account to process an order for a phone they don't have? Then offer me an inferior phone to the one i ordered for the same money? This is false advertising to hook customers with false promises to try offer them a revised deal. They have also breached the contract that was agreed om and are now reneging. I am utterly disgusted by Telkom's poor service.

Now they have my money and I'm without a phone. This is tantamount to theft. I want my money back plus any interest earned on it.
