Telkom - selling items and received items different

Mobile talk - part of telkom: nasheen phoned us and said for R239 for uncapped data for 24 months. We said we will think about it and he can phone again and he did. We excepted his offer and when it was delivered it was only 5 gig of data and not uncapped. We immediately phoned and said this is incorrect and they said couriers will come to collect which was fine and we thought sorted but no. Debit orders of all kinds went of our account, someone was using the simcaRd that we received and that was returned. R1050 bank charges for us due to ***** and incorrectly sold. I want this to stop and stop sending us bills, we never used it and donot have or had it. I want charges back and name cleared on itc!!!!!! Nasheen must be fired as he is chasing sales figures and sell things that does not exist.
