Telkom selling false specials- they out there to reap you off

Telkom want to reap me off. Last month (July 2022) they had a special for open serve fibre for 24 months contract for R449. This month I received my first invoice it says R498 when I call the billing department, they told me the T&C allowes them to increase the fee without advising the client. I haven't even paid my first instalment and already there is a fee increase and why do they mislead people that there is a special wherelse there is nothing like that. Now no one can send me the contract strange enough this was a telephone sale and the T&C where not read to me🤦♀️. Am very ****ed . Please watch out for this trap.
