Telkom selling **** contracts and robbing customers

Telkom mobile LTE speed is pathetic, I recently just upgraded my contract and with that contract I get 20GB for the next 6 months, but what is the use of telkom is limiting my lte speed, when I plug my phone into my computer I literally can see that my speed is being capped to 1MBPS but when I signed the contract then the speed was 8MBPS what the hell is this, telkom literally gets the people to buy the god damn contract and once they have got their money they limit you in many ways, internet speed, if not that they decide to ***** you over every month with your data by making use of the new data bundle which has been reimbursed for the new month but they would not use the data which is incomplete from the previous month and they give you false belief by stating that your data gets brought over to the next month and you can use this data further but how the hell is someone supposed to use the sata which they are f* entitled to when they limit your internet speed
