Telkom Selling Broken Service - Uncapped LTE Unusable between 6PM and 11PM

Its my second week with Telkom LTE Uncapped and since the very first day, the line speeds have been great at most times of the day but when congestion picks up as people are home and awake between 6PM and 11PM the line becomes UNUSABLE. We do not have issues where the line isn't as fast as we had hoped, we mean that the speed drops from 75Mbps to 0.9Mbps, the pings skyrocket too which means the line can't be used for Video Streaming, Online Gaming and most of the time anything beyond very basic browsing.

The technician basically shrugged at us, told us that Telkom isn't handling their own load and he has no idea if they will fix the issue. (We have a friend who had the issue resolved with a Tower upgrade). Tech also said I am one of many complaints and issues, and Telkom hasn't addressed them! I would rather this gets fixed than cancelled, but if this continues we have no reason for the line, so Telkom will need to at the very least cancel the contract and /or refund all the money spent so far (maybe until the issue is fixed). I'm not sure how they are happy to continue with a broken product for a percentage of their customers, espeically when the issue is SO consistent. Every single day.

We are incredibly angry, and will look into legal action with all the other users affected if Telkom doesn't resolve this issue after signing customers up for 2 year contracts!

We know this is a known issue for a portion of your customers, we want to know what is being done about it. What is being done and when. The monthly bills won't stop coming through from you gusy, even if your product is broken, so please tell us... what is being done about it.
