TELKOM SELL PRODUCTS ON FALSE PROMISES.

Telkom sold 2 cell phones to me with the understanding that I will be able to make use of their Wi-Fi data hotspots in my area. Once I got the phones I couldn't use them as promised. I sent cancellation emails on which they didn't respond until I put the first complaint on Hello Peter. Then they phoned me and told me that they will come back to me with a result and they didn't. Since I received the phones I had to pay for a service I was not able to use. I made numerous attempts to cancel the account with no success. Not even able to get hold of one person twice in their accounts department. They keep on passing the bucket and no one is competent enough to sort out this issue. I stopped the debit orders with the hope that Telkom will phone me. Instead they hand me over to a debt collecting company \NUDEBT"who also cannot assist me to resolve the issue with Telkom unless I pay the outstanding amount"
