Telkom sell product that doesnt work and still charge you!!!!!

So i am so so angry with these people the sell products to people in areas that doesnt have connection. So as i have tried phoning emailing and talking to i dont even know how many people at telkom, locked three cases and all of them closed with no out come as to canceling this product. Ons woman "helped" me via their website to cancel it and said the tech team would look at the problem and come back to me ....needless to say iam still waiting on that so called tech team to make contact... Ive left my work nr and also cell as iam not always availble on my personal nr. All they did was close the cases saying i cant be reached well....ive phone on a weekly bases just to get the same outcome..... Something needs to get done about this people.
