Telkom Self Service Portal, DISGRACE

Telkom offers and promotes the Telkom Service Portal. I have been trying since Monday to link my business account. It stays on PENDING, I have sent 4 e-mails and the only response is "will escalate". Horrible service, no telephone number to contact them, Telkom staff in billing does not even know what I am talking about.
