Telkom Self-service not very helpful

There is nothing frustrating like needing to speak to a Telkom Consultant however you are sent an sms to use whatsapp option... The ROBOT does not have all the answers. I need someone to talk to me and assist me with my problem, I have been trying to call Telkom the whole day.
