Telkom Self service down regularly for long periods

Although I am a very positive supporter of the various Telkom services I have to say that the regular site down for the Telkom self service site is just disgusting. They say that they are busy improving the site and will be back soon!!! *******!!!! Surely they can do the improvements off line and when they have the improved version just swop itwithin minutes. I just wonder what their defenition is of be back soon. This time it has been down since last week. Come on Telkom - wake up!!!
