Telkom seems to have no service in Lynnwood

I stay in the Lynnwood area in Pretoria. I have a Telkom wireless internet product which I use to access internet connectivity. However, it seems as if there is absolutely no service in the Lynnwood area. I can hardly open an email, due to the slow/poor connection speed/quality. I at first thought that it might be my device/****le, but after asking a neighbour - who is subscribed to Telkom's LTE offering - he reported the same slow connection. I also deduce that it must be an area problem, as my previous residence - in Erasmuskloof - had no such problem. It feels as if I'm being duped out of my product that I pay a monthly fee for, as I am hardly ever able to efficiently use it.
