Telkom seems desperate for customers

<p>I signed up for Internet service with Telkom in February 2017 they gave me a package I never agreed upon,March I requested a cancellation after speaking with numerous consultants n sending numerous email up until today the service is not cancelled.are they so desperate to have me as a client </p>
