telkom seem to be misusing the access to my account

I need to find out where i can escalate Telkom complains its getting ridiculous now!!! We paid R2000 last week, they activated services for a few days then it was off again!! Today they debit an entire R2672.31 from my account. I am furious and so tired of Telkom, its always the same thing. We are trying to cancel they demand crazy monies, is there anywhere i can report Telkom?? Their business practice is giving ****mers!!! I am really drained dealing with them. They seem to have 0 system in place, they switch off anytime whether you have paid or not, they deduct any date they please we really need help.
