Telkom securing the bottom rank of the Service Industry.

Good day, I have been trying to get my telkom internet moved to my new house In Kimberley since 10th April 2018. The have been numerous visits to Telkom, each time they just log a call. On my last visit i spoke to the manager who guess what .... logged a call. I find it hard to believe that service can be this bad. It is impossible to get the number of a senior manager and quite simply I dont think they understand what the service industy is. I work abroad and rely on the WiFi to communicate with the family. Maybe 2019 will be my year of internet.
