Telkom secretly capping everyone's internet speeds from 6pm-11pm

Telkom started speed capping everyone in my areas internet from 6pm till 11pm. This started happening at the start of the year and i have confirmed over numerous tests that they are in fact capping data speeds during this time, from 6pm i experience a permanent ping of 120ms and magically at 11pm on the dot my ping returns to 20ms to make matters worse they also cap the speed to 2mbps for 2 of those hours, this is an incredibly disgusting business practice as I am paying for an uncapped solution and renders my internet totally useless, i will basically not have usable internet from the time i get home till the time i go to bed, so what exactly is the point of paying for this service if i cant even use it??? I will be switching to vodacom, telkom can F@#K right off with their disgusting practices *****ing over customers giving them money
